Delete your CubeDojo account
You can delete your CubeDojo account, and everything in it, whenever you like. It cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The app shows you what will be deleted before you do.
On the website
Sign in on cubedojo.app with the Apple ID or Google account you use in CubeDojo, then confirm in the window that opens.
Delete my account on cubedojo.app
By email
If you cannot sign in any more, write to support@cubedojo.app from the email address of your account (or tell us which address it shows, and the provider you used), and we will delete it within a month, after checking that the account is yours.
What is deleted
At once and for good, from our server and from all your devices, the website included:
- your account: your email address, your name and the Apple and Google identifiers linked to it, and every sign-in on every device,
- your solves, sessions and scrambles,
- your progress on every case, your review schedule and your trainer attempts,
- your XP, achievements, goals, lesson progress and preferences,
- your suggestions and problem reports, and your conversations with the assistant.
If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to stop Sign in with Apple for CubeDojo, so it disappears from your Apple ID. If you signed in with Google, you can remove CubeDojo from your Google account’s connections at myaccount.google.com/connections.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: the account disappears from the encrypted daily backups within 30 days.
- Technical logs: they name the account only by a random identifier and are deleted within 14 days.
- Suggestions you sent: your words and the details are erased from the developer’s issue tracker; a short title in English may remain, with nothing that identifies you. Internal copies (the issue’s edit history in GitLab and the notifications already sent to the developer on Telegram) are deleted where the tool allows it, as the privacy policy explains; you can ask for them to be deleted by writing to support@cubedojo.app.
- Crash reports: they never contained your account, and are deleted within 90 days.
- Emails you sent us: kept for up to two years after the conversation ends, then deleted.
- “No ads”: the purchase belongs to your Apple ID or Google account, not to CubeDojo; restore it with Settings → No ads → Restore purchases if you come back.
- Game Center and Google Play Games: Apple and Google keep the achievements they hold until you delete them in their settings.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. See the privacy policy for everything else.
